well..using software for keyword research is good. But other works it would be wasting of money. For keyword research google keyword external tool is the best what I think. However you try few software which comes free. Web CEO is one of the software which I use and it's free. You can try this and see whether it helps of not.

software for keyword research is usefull, but software that checks your page and tells you what is wrong with it is probably a waste. Wordtracker is a good software to use for keyword research.
